الغذاء الصحي هو الذي يحتوي على جميع المتطلبات الغذائية اليومية والتي يحتاج لها جسم الإنسان في جميع مراحل حياته العمرية، فالغذاء يعد الركيزة الأساسية للصحة جيدة والجسد الخالي من الأمراض، وفي حالات كثيرة يكون الطعام مصدراً لإصابة الإنسان بالأمراض المختلفة، عندما يحتوي على الجراثيم والبكتيريا المختلفة، لذلك يجب الاهتمام بقيمة الطعام الغذائية مراعاة التنوع في الأطعمة التي يتناولها الإنسان، وتجنّب تناول نوع واحد لفترات طويلة، حيث إنّ الغذاء الصحي يحتوي على العديد من الأنواع والتي تدخل في تركيبها عناصر وفيتامينات مهمّة للجسم، كتناول الخبز على اختلاف أنواعه، والأسماك واللحوم، والماء وغيرها من الأغذية المتوازنة والصحية. التركيز على تناول كميات كبيرة من الخضروات والفواكه، لما لها من أهمية كبيرة، وذلك لاحتوائها على العديد من العناصر الضرورية للجسم، بالإضافة إلى تناول الأنواع المختلفة من الحبوب. تناول الوجبات الغذائية بشكل منظم، ويكون من خلال تقسيمها إلى ثلاثة وجبات رئيسية وهي وجبة الإفطار، ووجبة الغداء، ووجبة العشاء، وفي الحالات التي يشعر بها الإنسان بالجوع بين هذه الوجبات، يمكنه تناول أنواع معيّنة من الخضروات والفواكه.

أن يشمل مجموعة متنوعة من الخضروات؛ بما في ذلك الخضروات الخضراء داكنة اللون، والخضروات الحمراء والبرتقالية، بالإضافة إلى الخضروات النشوية والبقوليات وغيرها. أن يحتوي على الفواكه؛ وخاصة الفواكه الكاملة. أن يحتوي على الحبوب؛ شرط أن يكون نصفها على الأقل من الحبوب الكاملة. أن يحتوي على منتجات الألبان قليلة الدسم أو الخالية

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
